One can choose any of the Mahurat for the Laxmi poojan. But it’s better to choose any of the Pardosh kaal mahurat for the best results. As Mahanishita Kaal Mahurat is basically considered good for the tantrika’s and pandits whereas Choghadiya mahurat is considered best only for the travelling purposes. If anyone is not able to perform the Laxmi pooja in the pardosh mahurat then he or she can perform it in the sthir lagna mahurat. This is a mahurat in which Goddess Laxmi stays at one place instead of moving all around. If a person worship goddess Laxmi in this timing, than there are greater chances that goddess laxmi stays in his house.

Dipawali is celebrated by almost all the Indians with love and brotherhood. It is basically a 5 day festival which started from choti diwali and ended up at the Bhai dooj. People used to wake up early in the morning and after taking shower they go to their elder people in the family for the blessings. In return the elders give them a lot of good wishes and some money too as their blessings. Many months before the festival, people start cleaning their houses. It is considered that goddess Laxmi only resides at the clean places. People use to decorate their houses with the leaves of the ashoka, mango and banana trees.

People perform the Diwali pooja to get prosperity and happiness in their life. That’s why, it’s very important to perform the Diwali pooja on time, in the pardosh mahurat or in the sthir lagna mahurat. The Vrishabha Lagna Mahurat in the Pardosh is best suited for the people of all class. No matter the person belongs to the middle class, family, married, farmers, lower class, rural folks, salaried people and engaged businessmen. It is best for all. May goddess Laxmi, blessed you all with her wishes.
